Shares of Twin Vee PowerCats and Forza X1 are set to resume trading at 4:50 pm ET, with quotation scheduled to resume at 4:45 pm ET, according to Nasdaq. The two companies announced they have entered into an agreement for an all-stock merger, with the transaction expected to close by the end of 2024.
