Tutor Perini (TPC) Corporation has been awarded several new mechanical services projects in south Florida collectively valued at $154.6M. The four most recent projects include the installation of new mechanical and/or plumbing systems at the Bentley Residences, a 62-story 213-unit luxury condominium development in Sunny Isles, Florida; the residences at 1428 Brickell Avenue, a 72-story 189-unit luxury condominium development in Miami; JEM Miami Worldcenter, a 61-story development that will feature 530 rental apartments and 259 condominium units; and Namdar Tower 2, a 42-story 712-unit rental apartment building, also in Miami. The contract values for these projects were added to the company’s backlog in the third quarter of 2025. Earlier this year, Nagelbush was awarded a similar mechanical services project for the Olara, a 26-story mixed-use development in West Palm Beach, Florida, which will feature a 287-luxury unit condominium tower, a 170-rental unit tower, and 80,000 square feet of amenities space. The contract value for this project was added to the company’s backlog in the first quarter of 2025. Work on these projects is already underway, with substantial completion expected in the second quarter of 2028.
