Tupperware Brands announces CFO Mariela Matute to resign

In a regulatory filing, Tupperware Brands disclosed that on July 5, Mariela Matute, Executive Vice President & CFO of Tupperware Brands, informed the company of her intention to resign from her position, effective July 31. Matute’s decision to resign from the company was not due to any disagreement with the company, its management or the Board of Directors on any matter relating to the company’s operations, policies or practices.
