Trxade Health receives noncompliance notification from Nasdaq

Trxade Health announced that the company received a notice from Nasdaq indicating that because the company had not yet filed its annual report on Form 10-K for the 2023 fiscal year, the company was not compliant with the timely filing requirement for continued listing under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250, which requires listed companies to timely file all required periodic reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
