President Trump is expected to sign a proclamation as soon as today that would require a $100,000 fee for H-1B visa applications, Josh Wingrove of Bloomberg reports, citing a White House official familiar with the matter. The proclamation would restrict entry into the U.S. under the H-1B program unless accompanied by the payment, the official told Bloomberg. Names in outsourcing space include Cognizant (CTSH), Wipro (WIT) and Infosys (INFY)
