Former President Joe Biden set a target for 30 gigawatts of projects by 2030, up from 42 megawatts at the end of 2023. Publicly traded companies in the space include GE Vernova (GEV), Vestas (VWDRY), ABB (ABBNY), BP (BP), and Avangrid (AGR).
