TruBridge (TBRG) announced that it has entered into cooperation agreements with Pinetree Capital and L6 Holdings and with Ocho Investments. Pinetree and Ocho are the Company’s two largest investors. Pursuant to the agreements, TruBridge has appointed Jerry Canada and Dris Upitis to its Board of Directors, effective February 11, 2025.
