Triller (ILLR) announced that on October 14, it received a delisting determination letter from Nasdaq due to non-compliance with filing requirements set forth in Listing Rule 5250(c)(1). The company failed to timely file its Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2024, and its Forms 10-Q for the periods ended March 31 and June 30. The company stated it intends to request a hearing before the Nasdaq Hearings Panel, which will result in a temporary stay of any suspension or delisting action.
