Citi analyst Nick Joseph downgraded Tricon Residential to Neutral from Buy with a price target of $11.25, up from $10.50, after the company entered into an arrangement agreement under which Blackstone will acquire all outstanding common shares of Tricon for $11.25 per share in cash.
