TransUnion reports Q2 adjusted EPS $1.08, consensus 99c

Reports Q2 revenue $1.14B, consensus $1.1B. “In the second quarter, TransUnion (TRU) delivered strong results that again exceeded financial guidance,” said Chris Cartwright, President and CEO. “U.S. Markets revenue grew 10 percent, led by Financial Services and Insurance. International grew 6 percent on an organic constant currency basis, with India accelerating to 8 percent growth and Canada and Africa delivering double-digit growth.” “We are raising our 2025 guidance, reflecting strong results in the first half of the year and ongoing business momentum, balanced against continuing market uncertainty.
