TPG to acquire Irth Solutions from Blackstone

Irth Solutions, a provider of enterprise software for critical energy and infrastructure companies, announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by alternative asset management firm TPG (TPG). TPG will acquire Irth through TPG Growth, the firm’s middle market and growth equity platform, from Blackstone Energy Transition Partners (BX). The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in late 2025. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
