TON Strategy appoints Mary Marbach as general counsel, Bill Rivard as CAO

TON Strategy (TONX) Company announced the appointments of Mary Marbach as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary and Bill Rivard as Chief Accounting Officer, effective January 5, 2026. Marbach was most recently the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Savant Science. Rivard was appointed CAO following his service as Interim CFO from June 2023 to August 2025 and Division CFO of the Company’s Global Digital Media division since August 2025.
