BTIG analyst Ryan Gilbert initiated coverage of Toll Brothers (TOL) with a Neutral rating. The company’s shift to more lot options and spec has supported ROE relative to peers and the return to a pure-play builder should improve balance sheet efficiency and a simpler business, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm added that the benefits of the business improvements are mostly incorporated into earnings at this point.
