Tianci International announces Nasdaq uplisting, pricing $7M public offering

Tianci International (CIIT) “announced the pricing of its public offering of an aggregate of 1,750,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of US$4.00 per share, for total gross proceeds of $7,000,000, before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions, and other related expenses. The shares have been approved for listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market and are expected to commence trading on April 10, 2025, under the ticker symbol CIIT.”
