Gemini’s (GEMI) COO Marshall Beard, CFO Dan Chen, and chief legal officer Tyler Meade have all left the company, according to a regulatory filing cited in a Bloomberg report by Yueqi Yang. President Cameron Winklevoss will assume several of the COO’s duties, while the firm named interim replacements for the other roles. The executive shakeup follows Gemini’s recent announcement that it planned to cut up to 25% of its workforce and scale back its international operations. The filing also included preliminary 2025 earnings figures, with Gemini stating it expects to report an adjusted loss before tax between $257M-$267M on net revenue of $175M.
