Two former Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company employees and a third suspect have been arrested for allegedly stealing the company’s technology, Kathrin Hille of The Financial Times. TSMC (TSM) said it took legal action against the staff following an internal monitoring which found there had been a “potential trade secret” leak.
