The Buckle announces $3.00 per share special cash dividend

The Buckle (BKE) authorized a $3.00 per share special cash dividend to be paid to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 15, 2026. The Board also authorized a 35c per share quarterly dividend to be paid to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 15, 2026. Both the $3.00 per share special cash dividend and the 35c per share quarterly dividend are payable on January 29, 2026 and will be paid together.
