Textron (TXT) Aviation Defense announced in coordination with the Kanematsu Group that the Beechcraft T-6 Texan II Integrated Training System has been chosen to modernize pilot training for the Japan Air Self-Defense Force. Finalization of the contract is expected in 2025.
