Citi analyst Jon Tower raised the firm’s price target on Texas Roadhouse (TXRH) to $213 from $212 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares post the Q4 report. Investors were braced for a weak start to 2025 and less constructive comments on food inflation, but both were better than feared, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm sees Texas Roadhouse’s combination of still-positive comp growth, modest input inflation, growing labor efficiencies and mid-single-digit new store growth continuing.
