The state of Texas opened a probe into WK Kellogg (KLG), saying the company may be violating state laws by advertising its products as “healthy,” Reuters reports. The office of state Attorney General Ken Paxton said some of the company’s cereals “are filled with petroleum-based artificial food colorings that have been linked to hyperactivity, obesity,” along with other health problems.
