Texas Capital (TCBI) announced that president and CEO Rob Holmes was confirmed as chairman of the board of directors at the conclusion of TCBI’s 2025 annual meeting of stockholders. Holmes, who has served as president and CEO and a director of the board since 2021, was unanimously elected to this position by the board of directors in January. Bob Stallings, who served as chairman since 2023, has officially transitioned into the role of lead independent director.
