Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has launched an investigation into leading streaming services including Spotify (SPOT), Apple Music (AAPL), Pandora (SIRI), Amazon Music (AMZN), and YouTube Music (GOOGL), over “alleged payola schemes in which they accept bribes to artificially promote certain songs, artists, or content,” the AG announced.
