Milan Kovac, the head of engineering at Tesla’s (TSLA) Optimus humanoid robot program, is leaving the company, Bloomberg’s Edward Ludlow reports, citing a person familiar with the matter. Kovac told colleagues Friday he is exiting the firm effectively immediately, with Tesla autopilot team leader Ashok Elluswamy set to take lead at Optimus, the author notes.
