Tesla (TSLA) is being sued over a crash in Washington state in January 2023 that left one person dead and one person seriously injured as rescuers struggled to open the vehicle’s doors, Bloomberg’s Dana Hull and Madlin Mekelburg report. According to the lawsuit, the vehicle “rapidly accelerated” before hitting a utility pole and bursting into flames.
