As a penalty for misleading consumers about driver-assistance technology, California sales of Tesla (TSLA) will be suspended for 30 days, Bloomberg reports, citing the head of the state’s DMV. The suspension will not take effect for 90 days however that will allow Tesla to become compliant, the report states.
