Tesla (TSLA) has begun testing its driverless Robotaxis in Austin, Texas with no safety monitor onboard, TechCrunch’s Sean O’Kane reports. The removal of such monitors brings the car maker one step closer to its goal of launching a true commercial Robotaxi service, the author notes.
