Tesla (TSLA) has agreed to enter a mediation to potentially resolve the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s lawsuit accusing the company of widespread harassment of black employees at its assembly plant in California, Jonathan Stempel of Reuters reports. The agency is working with Tesla to choose a mediator, and negotiations could begin in March, Reuters adds, citing a filing in the San Francisco federal court.
