Goldman Sachs analyst Caitlin Burrows lowered the firm’s price target on Terreno Realty (TRNO) to $64 from $68 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm is updating its model after the REIT’s Q2 results and leasing spread assumptions going higher, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Development stabilization for specific projects are also pushed out with revised yields, the firm added.
