Roth Capital analyst Darren Aftahi raised the firm’s price target on TeraWulf (WULF) to $32 from $26 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. Recent talks have suggested a Hawesville lease is “very much in advanced negotiations,” says the analyst, who views a lease for the Kentuck campus as “the next major catalyst” for TeraWulf. The firm, which would expect a lease announcement in the next two to three months, estimates the site could add about $5.70 per share in net present value or more.
