Goldman Sachs analyst Kane Hannan upgraded Telstra to Buy from Neutral with a price target of A$4.60, up from A$4.40. The analyst says that given the defensive nature of telecoms into an "uncertain" 2023, the "low risk" earnings growth of Telstra is attractive.
