Citi resumed coverage of Telephone and Data (TDS) with a Buy rating and $45 price target The company has taken “positive steps to transform” by selling its wireless operations to T-Mobile and divesting spectrum, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm believes additional share value can be unlocked by completing the sale of pending spectrum transactions.
