TechPrecision appoints Richard Roomberg as CFO

TechPrecision has appointed a new CFO. The company announced that on September 19, 2024, it entered into an employment agreement with Richard Roomberg to become its CFO effective September 20, 2024. Management and the Board would like to thank Barbara Lilley for her hard work during this very difficult last year and note that with Mr. Roomberg’s appointment, she has stepped down as CFO to become Controller. Roomberg has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Financial Executive with several corporation.
