TD Cowen analyst Joshua Buchalter lowered the firm’s price target on Texas Instruments (TXN) to $230 from $245 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. While company’s results and guidance did not meet a high bar, the over 10% selloff is an overreaction, the analyst tells investors in a research note. TD still believes Texas Instruments will outperform the group.
