Morgan Stanley raised the firm’s price target (TGT) on Target to $145 from $125 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. With stabilizing margins and about $2B in self-funded investments, Target is “taking the right steps to recover merchandising authority” and put sales growth on “a more solid trajectory,” the analyst tells investors.
