Stifel analyst Stephen Gengaro raised the firm’s price target on Target Hospitality (TH) to $7.50 from $5 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. Following better-than-expected Q4 results, Target Hospitality guided 2025 adjusted EBITDA to a midpoint that is 5.6% north of the firm’s pre-release forecast, notes the analyst, who adds that the firm also expects that the company will recontract at least a portion of its idled West Texas assets.
