Goldman Sachs analyst Caitlin Burrows raised the firm’s price target on Tanger (SKT) to $40 from $39 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm is updating its model following the company’s Q3 earnings, estimating the REIT’s core FFO growth at 8.1% in 2025 and 7.7% in 2026 – “meaningfully ahead” of corresponding averages of its peers, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
