Last night, Talen Energy (TLN) reported its results from the PJM Base Residual Auction for the 2026/2027 planning year. Talen cleared a total of 6,702 megawatts at a clearing price of $329.17 per megawatt-day across the MAAC, PPL and PSEG Locational Deliverability Areas, equating to approximately $805M in capacity revenues for the 2026/2027 planning year, the company announced. The planning year runs from June 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027, the company noted. In pre-market trading, Talen shares are up $30.92, or 10%, to $344.50.
