Talen Energy names Daniel Kelly general counsel, corporate secretary

Talen Energy (TLN) announced that Daniel Kelly has been named general counsel and corporate secretary. Kelly succeeds John Wander, who has retired following a transition period. Kelly brings 25 years of legal and governance experience to the company, most recently serving as senior VP and deputy general counsel at Vistra Corp. In his new role, Kelly will lead the company’s legal, regulatory, and external affairs functions.
