According to several people familiar with the matter, CEO Mike Sievert could leave the board. He has reportedly signaled internally that he wants to take a break. He wants to leave the implementation of the strategic change that has already begun to a successor. A top manager transferred from Bonn could become the new CEO, the authors note.
