Sypris Technologies announced it has entered into a long-term, sole-source agreement with a global truck OEM to supply critical components for use in the company’s automated manual transmission for heavy trucks in North America. The parties expect initial deliveries to begin in 2027. Sypris will be responsible for production and logistics.
