Barclays raised the firm’s price target on Synchrony (SYF) to $93 from $82 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares following the Q1 report. The company’s loan growth inflected positively on a year-over-year basis in March and account growth in accelerated, both of which are “encouraging signs,” the analyst tells investors in a research note.
