Switzerland’s government, including Economy Minister Guy Parmelin and Interior Minister Elisabeth Baume-Schneider, have reached out with Roche (RHHBY) and Novartis (NVS) to discuss the tariffs imposed by the U.S. on the country, Bloomberg reports, citing comments made by a spokesperson. While pharmaceuticals are currently exempt from the tariffs, that may soon change, with the president warning of possible measures on the sector in the next weeks.
