Lake Street analyst Ben Klieve raised the firm’s price target on S&W Seed to $35 from $10 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares after the company announced the completion of the exit of its Australian operations at “more favorable terms than we had expected,” given no ongoing liability versus the $10M maximum amount. While shares have rallied 230% in the past week following preliminary Q1 results that showed the potential post-Australia, the firm believes “multi-bagger potential remains particularly given the more favorable terms of the exit,” the analyst tells investors.
