Shares of Surf Air Mobility (SRFM) are surging after Palantir (PLTR) disclosed in a filing that it acquired 1,040,557 common shares of Surf Air on June 18 at a price of $2.07 per share. According to a separate filing released June 23, Palantir owns 4,461,564 shares, or about 19.9% of Surf Air. Shares of Surf Air Mobility are up roughly 78% in afternoon trading.
