Surf Air Mobility elects Pelsinger as Chairman of the Board

Surf Air Mobility (SRFM), a developer of SurfOS software operating system powered by Palantir Technologies (PLTR), announced the election of Shawn Pelsinger as Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective July 24, 2026, the date of the Company’s Annual Shareholder Meeting. Pelsinger’s election as Chairman, on the nomination of Carl Albert, follows Albert’s decision to retire from the Board at the end of his current three-year term, transition to the role of Chairman Emeritus, and to serve as an advisor to the Company. Pelsinger has served on the Company’s Board since October 2025
