SuperX AI (SUPX)and Beijing Teamsun Technology announced that a joint venture agreement was entered into between SuperX AI Solution, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands and a wholly owned subsidiary of SuperX, Teamsun Co., a Hong Kong subsidiary of Teamsun, and certain affiliates of Teamsun, to establish a joint venture through a new entity to be incorporated in Singapore, SuperX Global Service. Pursuant to the JV agreement, SuperX AI Solution will obtain a 51% equity interest in SuperX Global Service.
