Maxim lowered the firm’s price target on Super League Enterprise to $3 from $4 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. Under its Infinite Reality partnership, the company is expected to acquire various assets with synergies to the core business icluding a perpetual license to create and host events for Drone Racing League, TalentX, Fearless Media, Thunder Studios, and certain to-be-determined esports asset, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm has a positive view on the terms of the pending agreement, but given the challenging macro environment, it is lowering its 2024 revenue view by 5% to $23.8M, Maxim added.
