Sunrise Realty Trust price target lowered to $12 from $12.50 at Alliance Global

Alliance Global lowered the firm’s price target on Sunrise Realty Trust (SUNS) to $12 from $12.50 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares post the Q3 report. The firm says the company’s book value was stable and loan pipeline “robust.”
