Sunnova Energy (NOVA) is laying the groundwork for a bankruptcy filing that could happen within the coming weeks, Reshmi Basu and Mark Chediak of Bloomberg report, citing people familiar with the situation. The company is considering filing in Texas, but no final decision has been made, sources told Bloomberg. Shares of Sunnova are down 3% to 19c in afternoon trading.
