SunLink Health Systems (SSY) announced its board has declared a special cash dividend of 10c per share, prior to its proposed merger with Regional Health Properties. The dividend is payable July 30 to stockholders of record as of July 29. The SunLink board reserved the right to rescind the dividend if the merger is not approved at the special meeting scheduled for July 29.
